Internally, the leaves, stems and seeds are used medicinally to calm inflammation, pain and swelling.

Liquorice Root: Known for its sweet flavour, this medicinal root is often used in tinctures or tonics as a synergist, making other herbs work together more effectively. On its own, it’s known to aid with adrenal fatigue and leaky gut.

Ayurvedic Principles

Mind

As life unfolds through us, the emotional path serves as our innate guidance system. Throughout our days, we should spend more time under the bridge and in the hammock, creating a pause. Allow time and preparation in our times of bleeding, deep daily rest for those in menopause.

We help people who want to take care of themselves expand their self-care through Yoni steaming and other self-care rituals. Taking care of our emotions will help us make better choices and naturally connect with our Source Energy.

Body

We are committed to relaxation, joy and regeneration of our wombs. These are wombs that have been removed, tired, bleeding, stagnant and have completed their bleeding cycle.

We support our physical health with intuitively chosen whole foods, supplements and herbals. This supports our nervous system and nourishes our blood. From this place we are grounded and ready to meet life with a little more softness.

Spirit

Spirit - you know that feeling where you feel you are flow. You're not working against the tide, you are the tide. That's what we like to call: a nourished spirit. You have looked after your body, tended to the garden of your mind and your spirit can finally dance. Your spirit knows you are nature and constantly pulls you there. The momentum grows and you realise you are MAGNETIC | BEAUTY | POWER. Your body takes a deep sigh of relief, it's intention seen - the holding can release and the strength can build. Your spirit known now, can whisper to you and you will listen - because you know what it feels like; to be all confused.
